Champagne Poinsettia Punch

A bit of a twist on the classic Poinsettia cocktail. These ingredients combined can yield approximately six servings.

  • ¾ cup of preferred champagne or prosecco
  • ¾ cup of vodka
  • Two ounces of elderflower liquor
  • 1 ½ cups of pomegranate or cranberry juice
  • One cup of cranberries (fresh, not dried)
  • Rosemary or pomegranate for garnish

  • Combine juice, vodka, elderberry liquor, and cranberries in a pitcher and chill overnight. Chilling overnight is optional but recommended if you want to let the cranberries soak in the alcohol mixture.
