Julie comes to Stella Blu with extensive culinary experience and the highest levels of creativity. As a former student of Johnson and Wales University, Julie was positioned to pursue and succeed in one of the largest, most desirable global industries.  With highest skill levels, culinary creativity, and the utmost professionalism combined, Julie brings the ultimate features to drive Stella’s culinary vision forward.

•  Maple, Bacon, and Brie Wagyu Beef Sliders – The ultimate small plate sure to satisfy any craving.
• Cheese Ravioli – Velvety ricotta stuffed ravioli sauteed in garlic wine and butter with baby spinach then tossed in our homemade marinara makes for the perfect meal no matter what the day holds.
